I am looking to invest in a VRBO in the area of Mission Beach in San Diego.

I think the new Civita Park addition is a really nice addition to the Mission Valley area and that's much closer.

Our mission is to create an inventory of real affordable housing in the DMV.

There is a way to diplomatically point that out, expressing that you don't appreciate being exploited, and explaining that your investment goals and timelines are no less important than his.

I also realize that our business is one of reputation so being diplomatic and asking nicely and respectfully goes a long way when I am trying to do things for my clients that might be considered an inconvenience to sellers or other agents.Communication is also a huge part of a good agent’s tool belt.
