I don't think you are going to be able to get insurance for two separate living units in a single-family when they are both illegal and likely do not have the correct egress windows (basement) for fire safety which could subject you to huge liability if something happens to either party.

We had to make sure we sidestepped them and only added information to the correctly entered, active applications.

It really depends on what you are looking and I think your thought process is correct.

For me its next to impossible the search function I cant seem to get it work or its just not very good.. like trying to find a member if you cant remember how to spell the name exactly it wont come up for me I used to how my computer works.. just start typing in a name and it finds the email even if its not spell correctly.

Start early, raise that equity well in advance, and make sure all those forms and verifications are filled out correctly.

I don't think the police officer was correct.

Verify and double verify with the applicant that the information they have provided is correct and that all income is verified and all adults will have a background check.
