The closest is in South Carolina. 80% LTV on investment properties.

But, the condos with the best lakeviews rent more often (30% or better) The ones closest to the amusement park rent better.

I did however contact the Vermont Legal aid offices on two occasions and both lawyers said that we should just split it as it was not worth the cost to litigate this and the issue falls into a " grey " area of the Vermont system.

It isn’t all 🌽 and beans here, but there’s a thriving millennial market, aided by the population/demand of Drake University, Iowa State University, DMACC, Grand View, and Central College students, insurance market (one of the largest in nation, as seen in population of actuaries here, and Drake churns our pharmacists like no other due to their 6 year program), and the building of Facebook, Apple and Microsoft server centers around here due to nice tax breaks.

It just sounds like you're telling every investor they are doing something wrong and no one so far in this thread has come to your aid.

@Aisha Mackey Delpratt i saw your post i know its very old but theres a HUD list you can look up your area and see what lenders have closed 203k loans in the last 12 months... so you know who's recently done it and might be more helpful than picking random lenders. https://apps.hud.gov/pub/chums/f17fvc/203k.cfmyou look up your closest metro area and can see the list of lenders!

I would find the closest comp and adjust for appreciation.
