Thank you all for ur input, i have done some research on the side as well and here is what i have found ut.Landlord can either charge for CORE factor or CAM + allocated share of taxes & insurance. 

.$18 per sqft with $6 CAMS per sqft3 year lease with 3% yearly increaseIs this reasonable?

Usually income is listed as base rent per sq ft and then CAM re-imbursement.

What can be done depends on if the developer is doing a condo retail type development selling the spaces off to businesses or keeping it NNN leases with cam reimbursement and owning the spaces.

This now starts a process where I need to either rehire or prove I cam capable and funded to take this project to the finish line.

In any case, this is a  complex property and if you decide to have it appraised, be willing to pay a good fee to get the right appraiser involved.Cheers,Cam

Most or all of the building operating costs will be recouped from the tenants through the CAM fees built into their leases.Does that make sense?
