Until you see the property in person the numbers are completely meaningless unless you have a working relationship with that listing broker for years.

A few months back, a fellow broker brought me a pocket listing for a newly built and stabilized 32 unit apartment complex.

You're best bet is to call a few brokers local to the area and see what they can come up with.It's definitely going to be a surplus or excess carrier that will do it and the premiums will be high. 

Connect with local mortgage brokers to help you out.

Meet with some real estate agents, banks, brokers, and property managers/developers in those areas. 2025 is going to be a pretty awesome year for cash rich investors who can pick up some excellent deals on the cheap!

HI @Dallas HooverI think the guy/girl you should be looking for is a commercial agent/broker.

In most cases due to the transaction sizes, there's very little margin for these 3rd party vendors (particularly brokers, property managers and contractors).
