So do you keep available units unlocked?

Chances are the water company just came up to the meter and unlocked their valve, then noticed their wasn't a gate valve on the house side of the meter, after 30 gallons was sent through the meter they shut off the water to ensure they didn't flood any area of the property and determined that you need a gate valve and that translated to "you need a plumber to bring the property up to code" rather than saying "you are missing a gate valve on the house side of the water meter, code requires it".

I would send a letter to all tenants reminding them of the common courtesy of the neighbors and noise - reference the section of your lease if that's in your lease as well as notifying them of the new hours to the laundry once you decide on a resolution.I would look into a timed door lock which locks automatically at a certain time and unlocks at a certain time.

We get a % of the company side split for the transactions those agents do with an annual cap on each and it cascades 7 tiers with differing tier defined caps and each tier has a qualifier to unlock it.  

Only the first date at the top is unlocked but the rest of the dates will fill in automatically.

I'm looking to get a HELOC on my coop in New York to unlock some capital to consolidate some debt and put a down payment on an investment property.

I post signs I tell them but when I find it unlocked they all say someone else did it. 

You can program it remotely with as many codes as you like, you can lock/unlock the door remotely if needed and there's a battery indicator that you can check online which notifies you if the battery runs low (I've yet to see my battery level go down, though, and I've had the keypad for about 6 months now).

I don't even leave my truck unlocked on a jobsite.
