Someone who works out of state with fire and government jobs but maintains permanent residency in home state with intent to return on taxes, license, etc.

@Nicholas Aiola, I have a question, here is the scenario:A portion of residence is rented out on permanent basis (single family dwelling but it has "in-law" suite).

I'm bringing in temporary rental housing to cover expenses while investigating building the first permanent home.

Slab isnt bad and has positives actually. i love inches when changing a window to a door , copper only gets stolen lol i will stick that in permanent mental bank .

This approach presents a more permanent solution compared to replacing floor mats after each tenant.

Either one will last forever......A well-done stain looks great with a couple of area rugs....But your bigger problem is getting rid of the water intrusion permanently.

And along the way sell some apartments and pocket those fat commish checks I sold a 5 mil one a few years back and that was a smooth 100k in my jeans for a couple weeks of scouting finding and following it to the close..

I am involved with quite a few mix-use and multi-family projects where historically bank originated construction to permanent financing was used.

If it's appreciation, look to similar properties that have sold recently in that area and consider building a structure other than a tiny home since they don't appreciate like permanent structures.
