I get that.. but at the end of the day and having done this for 40 years I have had to buy property back more than a few times from disgruntled buyers.. but that's what a standup company does they offer a full recession lke what was offered to you.. instead you just kept the property and keep on harping talking about all these mysterious people contacting you and of course BP being the site it is.. people automatically take what you say as the truth when in fact most landlords with limited experience have no clue anyway.. so if your not happy take the recession and move on.. we all have better things to do in life.. 

I'm not sure what to do in this situation, I don't want to leave because my rent is so damn low for my area, but I also don't want to be murdered because of the guy living next door. 

He's a great writer, very easy to understand, pretty funny, and when you are finished with the book, you'll wonder why there was ever any mystery about how to do this stuff.

I am not sure an illegal apartment constitutes the sh t hitting the fan but we have 500+ murders a year and the police typically only arrest someone in about 1/3 of them.

Has anyone here actually successfully found the mysterious "Due On Sale Clause insurance" referenced by Pace Morby on his Bigger Pockets podcast appearance on BP show#527 on Nov 4, 2021? 

All problems were mysteries to me, especially title/liens because no one explained to my satisfaction how liens attach or how discovered.Another problem is that there are many real estate educators who are not really in the business, teach crap to naive newbies (as we were all new at one time).

As folks know, there have been numerous vaping related deaths and hospitalizations in the US from a mysterious vaping illness.

If it was a sexual incident, murder, or certain violent crimes then I'm probably never renting to you.
