Ohio is a very hot market right now with a lot of upcoming growth and when buying real estate with cash, I like to focus on heavy cash flow markets. 

Developers usually have expensive bridge debt on their construction projects, and a heavy incentive to deliver their inventory as rapidly as possible.

If you're already in stocks and happy with your portfolio allocation I wouldn't sell and start a new investing vehicle.

How you answer this should direct you to the right investment vehicle.

I really need some advice...I am considering a cabin that that is very dated and really heavy with the lodge decor. 

Cashflow is difficult in a lot of asset types and markets, but going just for cashflow may not make sense either due to comparable vehicles where you can earn similar returns for much less work.

Hi, I am self employed, I buy used vehicles at dealer auctions and leave them at a local used car dealer lot on consignment, when it sells after commission and some fees i receive my check.

(I have not signed and returned a copy to the tenants) Within the past week or so while renovating the vacant unit, Ive noticed an unusually high amount of activity pertaining to one of the occupied units i.e. vehicles stopping at the property for short periods of time, the tenant leaving as a passenger in a vehicle, then returing on foot, different people coming and going on foot.

In fact, we both took our first $15k out last week (the first time ever taking any rental income) to help with the purchase of a new (used) vehicle. 

It's really helpful - mine is probably tilted to RE heavy (my friends are horrified lol) and I think I want my overall portfolio to look closer to those percentages.
