@Oskar Czeladko- thanks - yes 1)make sure you are 100% formally pre approved ( not just pre qualified ) and make sure your lender has had the pre approval sent thru AUS automated system plus had a real underwriter review and approve the file 2) try to determine if an appraisal waiver might be possible as this would spped the process up 3) try to make your clsosign period as short as possible 4) consider offering more than the other offers are coming in at 4) have your lender contact listing agent or seller to offer to answer any questions 5) remove financing and inspection contingencies ( only if you and your agent are comfortable )
