It's easy to get anywhere in the city in 20 min or less, traffic is relatively light, the international airport is good.  

Uber can't pick you up at the airport.  

Simply Google or Youtube about it, there are lots of articles on Aguadilla becoming the new Aerospace leader given that in Aguadilla there's the Base Ramey wich has the biggest Airport in the Caribbean.

To elaborate further on my previous comment:My neighborhood Safeway is immediately adjacent to Golden Gate Park and a large beach where bonfires are permitted - both high traffic areas for after hours ne'er do wells. 

The area is great, private schools in the area, 10mins from world famous FTL airport, great hospitals, and near FTL most famous eateries, roughly 10mins away, and FTL beach is roughly 15mins away.
