The way i see it is if i do this:1) I'd save money2) Reduce my mortgage count back down to one residence.3) Be able, not sure how yet, leverage the equity in our second to accumulate more properties.Am i sane?

Or do you just leave it be and let it accumulate over the years and then do a full paint job with filling holes later?

My initial goal was to get 10 mortgages to accumulate as many properties early on, but Ill definitely look into this.
