Smoke remediation requires cleaning not only the surface smoke, but also all that permeates into the HVAC system, ductwork, crevices, openings from electrical and plumbing, ventilation units, light fixtures, appliances, cabinetry, countertops, carpeting, carpet pads, walls, and woodwork.

If it still smells, I go extreme and treat like mold remediation.

So while it is something you should highly consider doing, it will not remedy the situation you are facing.  

It permits the landlord to remedy a person's noncompliance if a person obtains a reasonable housing accommodation by knowingly making a false claim or by knowingly providing fraudulent supporting documentation.

It's easy to remedy and no health hazard.I would find a better way to word that.

Whether or not the single member LLC will be respected against a judgment creditor will be a matter of state law, there are several states that offer a charging order as the sole remedy even if the LLC is a single member LLC.Regardless of whether the state offers charging order protection of outside liability exposure, all states respect the separate character of the LLC for inside exposure.

The problem is that this allows the seller to unload the property with title defects, while saddling the buyer with a title issue which is difficult to remedy, since there is no more incentive on the part of the selling bank to do what is needed to clear title.

So even in this compliant you will need the tabulation of all expenses and costs to pursue the remedy.  

Not always alarming but something to remedy.

For concrete masonry, as opposed to solid concrete walls, you could also have areas where the mortar just wasn't applied properly, and can be remedied with epoxy grouts or "tuck-pointing" new mortar into the joint to clean and seal it up.My recommendation would be to contact an Engineering Consulting Firm in your area (Google a few) and schedule a free consultation - bring lots of pictures, any historic data you have on the house, etc.
