Real estate investing is so diverse that everyone can choose their own style.

Growing fast - slated to be the biggest city in Alabama in the next 10 years - we have a good mix of people and diverse job sources - lots of engineers, military/nasa, and manufactoring/industry - along with all the support jobs that go along with those.

Sounds like you have a pretty diverse background.  

But on the other hand, diversity in market investment isn't a horrible idea either, right?

Westchester town are so diverse and every town has some less desirable areas within so it's great to get familiar with the areas you like and don't to narrow down your property searching.  

Currently, I am highly interested in turn-key rental opportunities (in diverse markets) and would like to acquire as many properties as I can handle.
