It may require 3 or 4 adjacent and abutting lots to build a home.Now, these lots are functionally obsolete.

I had airport cars in Portland for years.. and those were used cars.. 3rd cars that were sport cars for occasional use that sort of thing..  

Also, there is an airport here, so that helps if people come in by flight.

Infrastructures like highways , relocation of airport and many other can help investor with low budget to create high value longtermly and at the same moment make a good income short termly.The buying process would take for sure more than a month because seller should prepare all the papers , for the buyer there is not much burocracy.

There were a high number of homeowners on the same street and adjacent streets (check tax records if owner occupied), it was built in 1981 as opposed to the surrounding homes built in the 1940s-1950s, it also had a large backyard and an already installed rolling security gate on the front driveway - which would make it appealing to a tenant concerned about safety.
