Great service considering the insurance annual cost of $99.Now for another strong worded letter to all tenants that tampons, wipes, disposable hand cloths are not to be flushed down the toilet :( I am thinking of telling them that I just shelled out $340 for this remedy and depending on my mood next week they may see an extra charge in next months rental invoice....I have a map of the sewer line and I see that halfway out there is a 22 degree turn on the pipe to the street and I believe this is where it all gets caught up.
