Is there any way to get a concession before close to get the seller to remedy?

The second Buyers remedy is against the seller not the first Buyer.

Banks won't do remediation on it for you and they aren't required to give disclosures on REO properties.

I also worry that the property might have a need for some type of health or safety remediation.

If the levels are still excessive, more remediation, more chemicals, more fogging.
