Not many people (from New England) will want to move into a used house (as beautifully rehabbed as it may be on the side) to live next to a tin can with garbage strewn all over. 

Geez man ,just tell them to knock it off and turn the garbage down !

I think emails and telephone is what you should be spending your money on and keep it out of the garbage. 

Keep in mind that you will have to pay about 1/8 a percent higher on your loan, will need to pay for water sewer and garbage for the properties and typically pay more for insurance.  

Just our of curiosity, if this garbage was pulled on your mother, sister, brother, or best friend would you laugh it off as "just business" or would you be upset that a scammer caused them problems?

Be wary though, there are substandard builders selling garbage at the same price.

Most brokerages just tell you to send postcards with your name and "Call me to sell your house" garbage. 

Not sure where they got the data to come up with those figures but my assumption is, garbage in, garbage out.

They have great furniture/dishes/linens/garbage cans etc for really cheap!

If your lender won't accept bi-weekly payments FOR FREE without a "setup charge" or any other garbage fee just...Take the principle and interest portion of your payment and divide it by 12.
