I joined a company that provides discounted pricing for TV (cable or satellite), Phone (voip), Internet, Gas, and Electrical service.

That is seriously funny.I try to get to the TV to watch As Time Goes By.

When I watch TV shows where they buy a house for 400k, put 80k in it and sell for 550k, they can make some profit. but in Rochester, houses are cheaper, so if it needs a big rehab it may not leave enough for a quick flip.

Stainless would obviously make the kitchen 'pop' as they say in TV land.  

When he moved the TV the drywall collapsed - it was soaking wet from a poorly installed window AC.I removed the damaged drywall plus a little more to ensure I had removed everything that got wet and discovered that this 1937 plank-sheathed house does not have a vapor barrier at the exterior wall...Is this a serious concern?

There are no multiple TV's in each room and people playing Video games all the time?

As for electricity, again...depends on the tenant...if they leave every light on in the house with 10 TV's and multiple video game systems...it could get crazy real fast.

Background out side of REI: I have a masters degree in sports marketing/business and currently work at Fox Sports as an Account Executive selling our TV and digital assets (commercials, in-game logos & reads, activations).Short term goal: networking on BP including any meet-ups in SoCal and retaining as much information on the forum and podcast that I can, to put into action!

People today can’t even save up enough dough to buy a 300$ flatscreen tv .
