I get the dreamers wanting to pay to get into development and I can see in some markets this would work were its not so intense to develop but in other markets ( and I am sure the Guru just takes your money and does not get into  market specifics) 99% of the folks buying this will never do  anything with it.. it takes decades to figure this out or U need to be with a BIG firm that has millions upon millions behind them..

Just make sure you are fluid with this info on each property so you do not buy wrong.

You can find both and you can reduce the commission but you may need to do more work.More specific on your questions about price, that is also negotiable.

I made the mistake of consolidating nearly all of my due diligence specifically to RTR, and was less diligent when it came to evaluating their partners. 

You have to get specific with these dates, give opportunities to correct, and take action the next day if nothing happens.
