I know what has happened has happened but for anyone else reading this make sure any internal areas that get water soaked are properly dried out.

I've been spending every waking moment listening to BP podcasts and also Just Start Real Estate podcasts trying to soak up as much as I can.

I have been trying to  soak in as much information as I can right now.

I've soaked up as much knowledge as I can without taking any action, so it's time to get out there and do it!

I've just got the bug recently and I've just been soaking in all I can over the past two weeks, mostly all of the great resources on BP.

Right now I am looking to soak up as much knowledge as possible while trying to wholesale a few properties as well as purchase a multifamily in the Tristate area. 

I will soak all of your advice like a sponge and attend this webinar tonight. 

Some really great info and people on here so soak it all in!
