My clients find that refreshing as many brokers or agents just want to sell them some crap and could care less if they lose their shirt or not on a property by overpaying or not having the knowledge to catch big issues in due diligence.I am interested in the long term relationship over time.

We rely entirely on Craigslist for advertising, refreshing it when it falls to the bottom fo the lsit, and being very descriptive with photos and features.Seems like this would be a good time to rent, with people getting tax return seed money.

So, ours was listed for 20 grand less than either of them and while they were both in very good shape, I toured one in an open house and had the mls pics of both, ours was TOTALLY refreshed, inside and out, ours was arguably in BETTER shape!
