But your lawyer has to ask for that.Again, I'm not a lawyer, but my understanding is that this is basically what a judge would do if I sued you for being a meanie meanie face or if I sued a politician for being a poo poo head.... none of those things violate any law, so even if my allegations are true, a judge would likely throw it out after your or the politician's lawyer (in fancy lawyer speak) said "hey, judge, what they allege isn't actually against any law..."

The general public and local politicians have little regard for protecting this once prestine natural ressource: the storm sewer overflow issue is without a solution in sight (passing a law to allow the municipal waste water plant to dump raw residential and light industrial sewage into the lake 6 times a year would be political suicide in Europe, just saying) and the DNR recommends to limit fish consumption to once per month, just to keep your mercury intake down a bit..

I see these Million Dollar Sales shows on TV from New York and California with all those very weird Sales Agents making tons of Commissions and I want to know if your a good Sales person, why don't you just do what they do and go to all the parties with the rich guys and politicians who live on Beach Park or Davis Island and Westchase North?

Never understood why anyone would ever get into rentals in places like NYC, Seattle, California, Chicago, DC, etc...Landlording is tough enough without having to deal with the ridiculous SJW attitudes of the politicians in these areas.
