Agreed, regarding the mounting pressures on the Westside @Rick Baggenstoss. 

I then cut shims  to level the slope, then glued and nailed the shims to the top of the joists.

It is standard practice to have a microwave on the same circuit as a gas range, especially when the microwave is mounted above the range.

With flooring, if it's glued down or difficult to remove demo prices will go up.
