I’ll try to keep this as short as possible but I am at a cross road in life here and can’t seem to find the guidance I need. 

I don't think those are bad things and sometimes the personal decision for your ideal life outweighs the "conventional hold forever" decision.You have options, that's the best place you can be.

The owner took the back end profit for his park during the life of the POHs now wants to cash in again.  

If I ended up getting only the gas furnace, it was going to be 10k but both the gas furnace and AC were 18+yrs old and at the end of their life cycle.

And this is a biggee wading through the fake lenders or the Joker brokers that tell you what you want to hear  but cant get the deals funded and you lose the deal and a lot of money.3. with actual PML  private people  usually have very limited funds so cant scale with them.. they can have a life event and just stop doing loans all together..

A majority of the sentiment from the listening session on the 18th was in favor of STRs and there were a lot of people who shared personal stories of their rentals or their business which support their life, family, and future retirement of inheritance for their families. 

In theory they've tried all they can and are stuck on stupid feeling there life is about to be burnt to the ground. 

My ultimate goal is to acquire enough real estate to achieve financial freedom, allowing me to travel, provide a comfortable life for my family, and teach my children about discipline, financial literacy, and the wealth-building potential of real estate.I’m here to learn, share, and connect with others who share this passion.

During the slow season, do you personally focus on getting more rentals, focus more on family/personal life, or do you do something else?
