Try getting California ADA compliance on those!  

He wanted to see a link to my ad that I have posted to which he commented about pictures.You are right that a prospective tenant will walk through the property before signing a lease.What came across as of was the tenant telling me to post the ad a certain way.

Pet resistant carpet and underlay and sheet vinyl flooring.Proper doors, maybe ADA wide, even though its downstairs, just to feel bigger.Maybe wainscoting, with painted sheet rock above. 

I remember seeing an ad a while back on AirBnb for a treehouse type of thing that didn't have a bathroom, I can't remember what they did.

The executive director turned her house into an adult family home and went thru the ADA rigamarole.

The codes may also require you make the unit ADA compliant.

hey @Kerry Baird, yeah this one actually had to be ADA-adaptable too and it was only 395sq.ft garage-conversion, so we were stuffed for any counter space with what was left.
