The type of heating fuel (oil, gas, etc) will also have an impact on the rentability of the property.Also make sure you are covered from a snow/ice slip and fall standpoint.

It only opens up if there is a bad problem (like the dryer vent is crushed, or full of socks or ice or a bird's nest) and the dryer overheats severely. 

Getting to keep the commission is just sort of icing on the cake for me.

I always buy for cash flow, appreciation is just icing on the cake.
