But I agree with you these guys pass up a ton of listing opportunities and given the amount of money they spend thats just wasting marketing dollars in my mind.. the laws are changing on wholesale assignment business model.. like most things RE its always changing and evolving.

He's got the #1 investor podcast in your area, his property management company is first rate, and he's a great guy.

I'm currently looking further into this and will review the information provided to you.I do see from our email communication I was under the impression you guys were looking for investment strategy, which as you know we cannot provide.

I'd find the guy doing what I want to do, I'd buy him a long lunch and find out all of the things I should avoid.
