So will see. but if I got an offer on it once I have owned it a year or two so I could get cap gain or 1031 I would entertain that  other wise just see how it goes.Its in Eugene Oregon so pretty big metro area. with lots of people and this is I am sure the least expensive place in the entire region to live short of moving back in with momy and daddy  I had a park that wasn't individually metered, we made boxes for the meters to fit under the homes so that they wouldn't freeze and made each one seperate, also had to put curb stops outside the skirting so the city could shut off water without my assistance.  

I highly doubt they will "cure" the violations and curb their destructive tendencies.

You've got'm already - - Baths & Kitchens, also pay attention to curb appeal.

I don't like it because it has the worst planning. sloppy lots, sloppy streets, no sidealks, no curbs in places. 

Find yourself a new loan officer and kick them both to the curb.  

I would take this wonderful opportunity while I have no housing costs and a wonderful salary and kick Sallie Mae to the curb.  

The house has good curb appeal though.  

With that type of a contract you can send them a check and tell them that the machines need to be removed by a certain date or they will be put by the curb.

If you meet with a contractor that doesn't have a pad of paper, tape measure and/or laser measure, a ladder and a source of light lol kick them to the curb or expect a large change order once the project is started.
