Any system of operation you put in place must be flexible, it must adapt to market conditions, it needs to support a variety of controls to employ different methods, real estate is not a cookie cutter business.

Kids with guns, in a poverty stricken area, robbing other people in poverty--for poverty amounts of money.I'd be afraid to walk in that area too.Class D owner/operator problem (which is one reason people say class D is a tough cookie).And the renter you replace her with will be bulletproof (???)
