Gotta say, I almost find it amusing that wholesalers don't understand, especially in Florida, that your "business" is like running a bookie joint, you're underground, black market, off the radar "business" is the target for regulators.

His book is probably the most comprehensive ever written on the subject.

And although it's only been a month since picking up that book, I have found myself devoting a couple hours a day into this new endeavor with podcasts, articles, and webcasts.

They are both great at learning the fundamentals.I'm going to do a shameless plug regarding the book I write about starting with no or low money down. :) Oh - and don't forget to set up your Keyword Alerts!

The book is filled with many tools to use for REI, I really liked it.
