I would get an agreement on the reduction and let them take care of it themselves. 

I opted to  provide my renters with a yoga mat, hand weights and the house pool is great addition to get some exercise! 

We recently changed our 2% per month price reduction requirement to something much more flexible.

They listed starting at $2,700 a door then reduced it to $2600 a month later, then rented both within a week of each other in July after a reduction to $2,500 a unit.

I do think duplicating a small income is easier than trying to replace a large one unless a reduction in lifestyle is desired which is uncommon.

In a previous e-mail I told them they can park their bike in their vehicles parking space or purchase a light weight fold-up bike to carry into their unit.   

I never recommend rent reductions.

Look at the DOM, and price reductions everywhere.

AND, it is the #1 best way to induce rapid, immediate DROPS in the cost of goods, huge dramatic price reductions.
