Lol, come to Czech Republic, "everyone" is scared here about the responsibility, about not paying tenants or some big crisis with real estate...No one does any favours for non-family here, period: kids have priority, which is also the "excuse" not to have time for nothing :-) Or else, just advertise/register as professional.
