Violent crimes--Car jackings, Murder, Rape, Armed Robberies, and places with (a lot of) lesser crimes.

An exaggerated example is, someone giving you permission to murder them.

Keep in mind in the context of turn key company as its bandied about on BP.. is simply a company that buys and renovates homes and instead of putting them on the MLS  they sell them to their clients or through a net work of brokers Mainly on the west coast who specialize in selling renovated rentals in various cities.There is no mystery to this.. you can if you wish just go to a good agent in a market you like and get the MLS feeds.. properties are going to be priced the same maybe more maybe less ..

Be careful, you can't evict someone just because he USED to be a murderer or drug dealer.Focus on the lease violations.

It practically takes murder vs threats these days.

That way there's this mysterious third party (such as your cat) that you invent and have to call to approve things.

Warzones will lean more toward murders, rapes, robberies and maybe even home invasions.

It seems that the major factor which is often neglected to be mentioned is the NEIGHBORHOOD (often being a 'D' at best - look up that topic elsewhere on BP) whereby as soon as it's vacant, all appliances and pipes mysteriously disappear out of it overnight!
