We have a judgement but since they closed their offices LLC that entered into the contract we have no way to collect.

They invest through an entity such as an LLC and the mortgages are in the LLC's name so they don't report to the investor's personal credit.

I am not giving legal or tax advise but from what I understand LLC are not recognized in Canada and will be treated like a C Corp.
