Hello All, I was wondering if anyone can recommend a VERY good real estate attorney in Knoxville/Oak Ridge, TN area?

I have a property with a main house (3 bed/3bath) a  pool house with 2 & 2 with a refurbished small barn (beautiful) with 2 bed and 1.5 bath and private gated entry 4 miles outside Knoxville with an inground pool.

Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment in Knoxville.

I am in the Knoxville, TN area and was wondering if anyone around here has any experience with this?

Are you seeing the lower cap rate in the Knoxville and Maryville area? 

I'm interested in large Multifamily apartment buildings in the Knoxville area , My goal is to generate 6000 to 8000 a month in cash flow on my first deal here in the US.I do own a beautiful penthouse in and 27 rental units in Lima Peru. 

If anyone has any leads on contractors in Knoxville it would be greatly appreciated.

I am an absentee landlord needing recommendations for a good contractor for general home maintenance in Knoxville, TN. 

He is a hell of a nice guy and does a great job with customer service but I always assumed he was in charge of my region (Knoxville TN) and not the only one there.
