Oil pump jacks are common in eastern Ohio but not Central OH this is the closest I've seen ever and in 10 years I've never seen one.

Am I able to have business deductions related to my real estate investment such mileage to visit my property which is 100+ miles from where I live, real estate conferences, real estate books, property management, etc?

Does anyone know of local masterminds/meetups/conferences that encompass Real Estate Investing?

Without knowing it’s exact location it would be hard for me to give great advice although I can assume by price, it’s probably eastern Baltimore county (Dundalk,Middle river Essex area) I’d probably 1031 into a better property somewhere else in the state.

Travel to conference cost me $5k per week so always assumed id need a lot to purchase abroad and own for minimum of 5 years.
