Some individuals are afraid of diversifying all their money in the stock market and might be interested in holding real estate backed notes. 

I will be traveling across the US to a better housing market, I have access to the MLS for every state which is cheaper than hiring a realtor and will make my journey better and faster.Also I have no income I live on disability and invest that into stocks, I worked a few months in IT and saved everything and quit so I could buy time.

Since nobody has posted on this thread for almost one month, I will provide some of my personal thoughts.If by wholesaling we actually mean “flipping”, that is buying or tying up a property and then almost immediately reselling that property for a profit, then wholesaling will NEVER be dead as long as we have even a semblance of a capitalist system.  

Alfred’s parents are already dead and they had no other children, so we look to his grandparents, uncles and aunts or their surviving descendents.

A housing stock shortage is not the same as owners not selling due to rate lock.

I've never seen anyone that can accurately tell you if a house, stock, precious metal is going to go up or down.

, caulking (re caulk all the bathrooms), landscaping and grass (1 dead plant that needs replaced, bald spots in the yard).

With all the uncertainty going on with the world, with the wars in the middle east, longshoremen strikes, election in November, and potential for stock market and housing market crashes, should I hold off on purchasing real estate until the world is more "stable"?

and investing in CDs or investing in a stock index fund or even using the money to buy a good cash flowing rental.
