But, yeah, if you can get your deal in and out of underwriting, and look at the actual loan approval, and the only thing conditioned for are mickey mouse things, a contract, a prelim, and an appraisal... safe to make offers with no loan contingency.Anything property specific can/will be captured by the appraisal contingency.
