I just had one of my neighbors, and 82 year old woman, tell me that her agent (a team-member of one of the most well-known agents in the Sacramento area) told her that if he didn't sell her home in 10 days, he'd buy it himself... the old Craig Proctor bait and switch. 

Most men would say this is a job for a woman because it requires love, attention, compassion and sometimes tenderness.

@Leah Bonner , in this business, if you know what you're talking about and you can deliver, no one will care that you're a woman or young or both.Actually, that's not true.

This same woman was now trying to sell this property while she was $280K in arrears to the note holder, $13K in taxes to the town, and she was insisting she was going to walk away with $40K from any sale of the property. 

Buddy of mine who’s been in the VR rental business for 15 years had an elderly woman die of a heart attack while on vacation.

I asked him to write down this for me.Like someone said: I would rather my property to be vacant for few month but no interest to give any my attention for this woman anymore.

On a side note, no matter how old you get, you should never feel your time for success is over. when I graduated college, a woman graduated with my class who was 82 years old.
