We can monitor them as things come along, filtering what we don’t want right away, and we have a big head start on knowing if it’s a great deal or not.

On these large syndication deals, there are sometimes many GPs involved.

It appears that there are 6 GPs going to be doing assess management.

It will be up to you to monitor this, and take any action necessary to protect your investment.

You should monitor the progress of this resolution.I hope this persuades the borrower to move forward.  

I bought a cheap used Simplisafe system and deployed the wireless motion sensor and glassbreak sensor only. paid $25/month and was able to monitor on my app. easy to move and cancel service.

I know some landlords even stay connect to the alarm on their units with an app just to monitor things but don’t include cameras (though that’s an option).With tenants moving out and that you buy the system you’ll be able to transfer the system to new tenants without a hassle.Installation and set is cake and very manageable without having to drill holes in walls or doors.

He spent like $300 on it and $15 a month for monitoring.  

The thing that makes me shake my head is some of these GPs are buying $500M in assets, making 1-2.5% in a short period of time just for buying stuff.
