Sure, ultimately everyone wants to make money, but if two different deals with the same potential profit are proposed by two different business people, often times the decision maker will go with the person that they have a friendship/relationship with.

Changing locks is a typical cost of turnover.In your case, charges that may be levied against her security deposit: *Unpaid Rent *Unpaid Fees *Damages (for dents in doors - if significant) and *Break Lease Penalties (as defined in your rental agreement).Good luck in finding another tenant (a good one) soon!
