Hey Anthony,Although not directly related to your question, being a native in the Denver area and working for a home inspection company in the area, I recommend you take a look in Arvada and University (DU) areas. 

Tons of outdoor activities, clean air, and relatively low cost of living all compare favorably to my native California.

What truly makes it hard is everyone giving advice like they are the experts when they have not a clue how it all works, and you see newbies here following the people that get the most votes, and they follow their advice, being completely misled. 

How hard is it to teach someone to go to a courthouse to find leads that meet your criteria?

Ed Hardy bros like Grant Cardone are bleeding heavily and let go of their entire staff without notice cuz they assume infinite appreciation and a BAM that will carry them through the finish line.

LolIf you have 3 people, all working an office job and all have to get into office during this 8-9AM in the morning, competing for 1 bathroom IS hard..I have personally shared 1 bathroom with 1 roommate before and it was hard during the rush hours...period... 

Would also like to hear from New York natives .
