Pretty dang sure the older community still reads it.

I use texts, emails, and phone calls with the PM company to address issues, status updates, costs, and timelines mostly based on what I see in the monthly statements (invoices, non-payments or late-payments).

When they read it show photos and paid invoice what you have done.

Hopefully they sent you an invoice for the garbage disposals by regular mail .

Hi all -Has anyone used Bank of America Express Invoicing to collect rent from your tenants?  

You'd have to hire outside contractors/vendors who would be willing to invoice your IRA for work done.  

If you decide to continue I'd ask for everything to be repaired, I'd want to see receipts/invoices, and have the inspector reinspect.

We all create invoices to receive tenant payments, and I too don't send them.
