I would look into it but the property I'm looking into has one adjacent to it.

I would look at what is near Mayo, Jax airport, any major employer. 

For those who own long and/or short-term rentals in towns adjacent to shore towns such as Toms River.... what are the biggest challenges with owning rentals in these areas? 

North Charleston could have some success if you were close to the airport or some other feature.

I like to fly into the airport and have lunch.. other than that I have looked at financing a few developments and Multi..
