It may take some trial and error to find these people, but once you do, the process becomes more autopilot. 

Its either trial and error for free your way to the top, or split a profit with a mentor and get to the top faster.

@Joe Splitrock Actually there has been a lot of growth due to the Mayo Clinic making a big hiring push.

You're right, no companies ever offer free trials/samples of their product, real estate agents don't offer a free market analysis, financial advisors don't offer free initial consultations ...
