BTW my roof was not penetrated by the installation, but they did get up in the attic and add extra reinforcement to the rafters/bracing to bring it up to modern code for the added weight (house is 1958 vintage).

We put a ton of value on the interior that you wouldn't see from a drive-by (Covid) so it didn't appraise for as much we anticipated (brand new heating system, all new hardwood floors throughout, brand new modern kitchen, etc.).

Myers and toured Lehigh.. issue is if all 300k of those lots got build on there is not enough infrastructure to handle traffic etc.. it would be grid lock.this is why modern development is so tough.. we have to look out 100 years.. not just what can we do now.
