I think the airport has improved dramatically and if they dredge the Delaware, which I'd like to see assuming it doesn't cause other issues, there could be an opportunity for cruise ships to sail from Philly as well.

You do realize that most dental and medical students actually pay upwards of $100k a year to attend those programs and certainly do not actually make any money unless it's $10/hour waitressing in the evenings...I do have plans to dramatically increase my income by becoming a dental practice owner in the next 12-24 months but my current salary is about average for a dental associate in the U.S.

Water reserves are NOW being tapped which contain rainwater which fell to earth 20,000 years ago (during a much rainier time of history) and is basically irreplaceable and being used at massive rates of depletion.The area of main agricultural activity in our country is being affected: "The pace of depletion has jumped dramatically since 2000.

Thanks for the reply @Dylan Doone I know that my complex allows for renting, but I will defiantly get the details on how to do it and what information they need.For my current mortgage on my condo, I did a conventional loan (not an FHA loan) and put 10% down and paid PMI for about 2 years and then the value of my condo increased dramatically (it's a hot housing market here in Denver!)

Now a lot of the books and other material I read, when showing examples of situations of certain purchases I easily know they are not speaking of these purchases in San Diego or Southern California really in general as the price is dramatically different than the price point of many So Cal real estate.

Sometimes, I find that new clients get bad information on rental rates, either from a Realtor trying to close a deal or a neighbor who dramatically inflates the actual rental-rate.
