Most CF market is weak but nothing crashed.

Occupancy looks a little weak with most of the market rate properties in that area operating around 90%.

My definite weaknesses are with deal analysis and raising capital.

These parasites prey on the weak and offer nothing in return.

It's ok to not know how to find them, it's a specialized skillset, if it's a weakness, well, "hire your weakness".
