Therefore it would take the cooperative effort of the userbase that writes all of their own to implement these aspects into what they write for it to work.Josh can only account for setting up the coding of the sites structure to make sure it is easily optimized for the web crawlers to crawl, beyond that all the content is 99% userbase originality.

There are of course a lot of variables...layout, view, where exactly on the U St Corridor, condo fee, whether the property is VA or FHA approved that will impact the value....but even thinking optimally, I dont see that number unless its a newer construction building.

It is a very simple structure, most lenders expect it, for the most part its tax optimized, and usually its cheap to set up.

Doing research says it is optimal to buy at high cap and sell at low cap.
