If you are able body and can work why should anyone subsidize your healthcare?

Body too short?

I'm 55 years old and female.  

Being a female can help you to.  

I was literally spending every paycheck on parts to make a fox-body mustang faster at that age.

@Kevin Siedlecki  I figured so just did not want OP running out and thinking he could start an eviction proceedings without first coming into title.this is one of those that needs a live body to check on status of property..

Having physical bodies in the unit does not end vacancy; getting the rent check does.

I suggested one to single (female) friend of mine who lived alone.Or go the even cheaper route (my sister suggested this). 

They do not understand the difference between law as it is written by a legislative body, versus case law which is created essentially at the discretion of judges.  

Same goes for the other smaller cities around Duluth, except Duluth Township and Lakewood Township who both have their own governmental bodies and have instituted acreage requirements and permits.
